PAIRS WITH: SEAGLASS Pinot Grigio

Ingredients

  • 2 glasses
  • Ice
  • 1 oz your fav Italian aperitif
  • 3 oz SEAGLASS Pinot Grigio
  • 1 orange
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp Cayenne powder

Directions

  • 1. Slice your orange into rounds.
  • 2. Grill 4 slices over medium-high heat for ~2 mins per side, until lightly charred. Set aside.
  • 3. On a small plate, mix sugar + Cayenne powder. Rim your glasses with orange juice, then dip into the sugar mixture.
  • 4. Add ice to glasses. Pour in Aperol, SEAGLASS Pinot Grigio, and top with your grilled orange slices.
