PAIRS WITH: SEAGLASS Pinot Grigio
Ingredients
- 2 glasses
- Ice
- 1 oz your fav Italian aperitif
- 3 oz SEAGLASS Pinot Grigio
- 1 orange
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp Cayenne powder
Directions
- 1. Slice your orange into rounds.
- 2. Grill 4 slices over medium-high heat for ~2 mins per side, until lightly charred. Set aside.
- 3. On a small plate, mix sugar + Cayenne powder. Rim your glasses with orange juice, then dip into the sugar mixture.
- 4. Add ice to glasses. Pour in Aperol, SEAGLASS Pinot Grigio, and top with your grilled orange slices.
