PAIRS WITH: SEAGLASS Sauvignon Blanc

Ingredients

  • 1 oz gin
  • ½ oz elderflower liqueur
  • ½ oz fresh-squeezed lemon juice
  • ½ oz simple syrup
  • SEAGLASS Sauvignon Blanc
  • Sparkling water
  • Ice cubes
  • Rosemary sprigs
  • Juniper berries
  • Edible glitter

Directions

  • In a shaker, combine lemon juice, simple syrup, gin, and elderflower liqueur. Shake with ice for 8 seconds.
  • Strain into a wine glass filled with ice and rosemary sprigs. Top with SEAGLASS Sauvignon Blanc and a splash of sparkling water.
  • Garnish with a few juniper berries and a dusting of glitter for that holiday sparkle.
